1. Develop marketing strategies and plans for this business unit based on the group's business development strategy;
2. Conduct market research and forecasting, develop a sales center market research plan based on the group's business development strategy, and collect industry development information;
3. Develop sales strategies, cultivate, maintain, and evaluate various sales channels of the company;
4. Sales management: Organize relevant departments of the company to review customer orders and conduct business negotiations with customers;
5. Responsible for the daily management of the department, coordinating and handling all abnormal situations inside and outside the department, and maintaining the normal operation of the department;
6. Lead the team to achieve work performance indicators;
7. Product development, develop corresponding product lines based on Southeast Asian market demand, and promote marketing
8. Financial management, supervise the collection of payments, and ensure the safety of funds;
9. Talent cultivation plan, complete the construction of departmental talent echelon, and ensure the healthy, orderly and timely implementation of training work;
10. Building a team corporate culture, managing the ideological dynamics of employees in the department, and cultivating a positive and uplifting team culture within the department.
1. More than five years of experience in large logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain companies in Southeast Asia, managing a sales team of at least 8-10 people, and having their own customer/business foundation in the Southeast Asian market.
2. Make good use of the advantages and resources of the group company, build a sales team, and be responsible for the performance of the Southeast Asia business unit sales team of the group company.
3. Familiar with overseas logistics in Southeast Asian countries, especially contract logistics/project logistics/bulk cargo logistics;
4. Familiar with land/sea/air/railway/cold chain transportation/multimodal transportation in Southeast Asia, with a deep understanding of traditional logistics and cross-border e-commerce in Southeast Asia;
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing, suitable as a working language;
6. Candidates with experience working abroad in Southeast Asian countries are given priority consideration.
